Zuyen Rivero Martínez, business director of the Ministry of Tourism (Mintur) and responsible for foreign investment in the sector, told Prensa Latina that the tour scheduled until the Augusts 3rd includes Havana, Varadero, Cienfuegos and Trinidad.
The Chinese agenda also includes, on August 1st, the presentation of the Cuban MInistry of opportunities in that industry, which will help consolidate trade relations between Cuba and China.
Rivero Martínez said that these meetings will contribute to increase the presence of Chinese companies in the area and reminded the current existence of two companies with mixed capital.
During the reception at the Royalton Havana Hotel, Pilar Alvarez, general director of Marketing of Mintur, said that this trip will mean the beginning of a “great cooperation” and wished them a pleasant visit to the country.
