The Russian leader titled the material “Russia and Africa joining forces for the sake of peace, progress and a successful future”, and highlighted that a package of agreements and memorandums with certain countries and regional unions of the continent are expected to be signed.

Putin added that, during the event, he hopes to meet with leaders of African countries for fruitful and constructive talks.
