The official added that “they have demonstrated their inability to fulfill their end of the agreements. This is yet another manifestation of the chronic inability of the collective West to negotiate, and its habit of always trying to play a single goal. It won’t be like that. According to the diplomat, Russia continues to face obstacles in the field of donations of agricultural products to countries in needs, related to problems with logistics, ship insurance and payments.

“We will seek alternative ways. I assure you that our position is different from the selfish and arrogant one of the European Union itself, which stopped the inflationary spiral of its food prices through Ukrainian imports,” the Russian deputy foreign minister said.
