The FGJ indicated in a press release that it has subject to investigation directors, construction managers, owners and co-owners of real estate, for their probable participation in the crime of responsibility in irregular real estate management in the construction, purchase and sale and other activities.
Ulises Lara López, spokesman for the FGJ, informed that, following investigations into the possible network of complicity in the real estate sector, two properties were located on the streets of Dakota and Samuel Ramos, in the neighborhoods of Nápoles and Del Valle, where three and two additional levels were built in addition to those permitted.
The people involved in the irregular acts, possibly violated the rules given that the property is not attached to the zoning certificate of land use of October 12, 2016, the spokesman of the FGJ said.
