Mao Ning, the spokeswoman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, reiterated China’s position to reach a dialogue and consultation to conclude the Ukrainian crisis as soon as possible.
The Russian Defense Ministry announced that the grain deal is over, and, from today all ships heading to Ukrainian ports in Black Sea waters will be considered as potential carriers of military cargo.
Moreover, the Russian military department reported that several sea areas in the northwestern and southeastern parts of the international waters of the Black Sea were temporarily declared dangerous for navigation.
Russia, which extended several times the pact to establish a corridor in the Black Sea for ships carrying Ukrainian grain, recalled that the part of the memorandum that concerns Russia (the removal of obstacles to agricultural exports) was never fulfilled.
