In his Twitter profile, the head of the Cuban Legislative conveyed special greetings to the authorities and deputies of the Nicaraguan National Assembly.
Cuba’s Deputy Prime Minister Jorge Luis Tapia traveled to Nicaragua on Wednesday so as to participate in the main ceremony, marking the victory, in 1979, of the third armed revolution in Latin America and the Caribbean in the 20th century, after the Mexican (1910) and Cuban (1959) revolutions.
Delegations from other countries such as Russia, Belarus, Abkhazia, Palestine and Venezuela will accompany the celebrations in Managua.
