The Hero of Labor and Doctor is a member of the Cuban delegation that will attend the summit at the Université Libre de Bruxelles on Monday and Tuesday. The event will take place in parallel to the 3rd Summit of Heads of State and Government of the European Union (EU) and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (Celac).
