In a message on Twitter that welcomed the arrival in Brussels (Belgium) on Sunday of Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel to attend the 3rd EU-Celac Union Summit, the group demanded an end to the hostile policy that tries to suffocate that sister nation.
In her audiovisual address, young lawyer Lilian Ruiz, in charge of the Panamanian provincial chapter of the CNSCP, praised the presence of representatives of Cuban civil society at the People’s Summit, which will open on Monday in parallel to the meeting of heads of State and Government.
Ruiz also demanded that Washington remove Cuba from a spurious list of countries that allegedly sponsor terrorism, which affects their economy and families.
