In its latest report, Italy’s Health Ministry also informed that as many as 161,409 tests were conducted during that period, a new decrease with respect to the 167,766 tests carried out during the previous seven days. The positivity rate was only 2.1%, lower than the 2.2% previous rate.

25 patients have been admitted at ICUs and other 721 in general hospital wards, while 111,068 coronavirus-infected people remain isolated at their homes.
