According to the Health Ministry, the number of infected people remained between 1,500 and 1,900 in the two weeks of April and May, while in the two weeks ending June 8, there were already 2,590. By the end of June 23rd, the number of cases reached 4,433 and during the two weeks up to July 7 the figure rose to 5,157.

This public information confirms some increased orange-colored municipalities, compared to the previous 15 days, which also reflects the increase of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Health authorities reiterated its call to population to continue respecting prevention measures such as hand-washing with soap and water, social distancing and face mask wearing.
