We are doubling down on transformation and protagonist involvement of all actors in Cuba’s development, Mrs. Peña told Prensa Latina.
According to Peña, such an inclusive vision and coordinated work with the Government and local actors will reach the meeting of social movements and progressive forces which will be held in line with the 3rd EU-CELAC Summit.
Mrs. Peña said she will represent two networks: the Popular Educators and the Ecumenical Faith for Cuba.
The educator harped on the pressing need to strengthen public policies, democracy and citizens’ contribution to different processes; which, in the case of Cuba, range from the People’s Power system to food production.
