Speaking at the event on “youth, civil society and local governments,” which will be held until Friday at the Maison de la Poste, the Cuban representative described the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by Washington on Cuba for more than six decades as the cruelest aggression.
It affects us because it limits our personal and professional projects; definitely, young Cubans would live better without the blockade, the leader of the Young Communist League said.
Brossard shared with the participants the scenario of the intensification of that US policy, with measures that were even implemented amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
In her brief address, the Cuban delegate considered important the dialogue between young people from both sides of the Atlantic, so that their struggles and challenges can be known.
