During the start of talks by the technical working group of the Nairobi process, which seeks to solve conflicts in eastern DRC, insisted that the ceasefire will allow DRC people to live in peace in a nation full of potential.
The meeting is taking place in the city of Goma, North Kivu province, one of the hardest-hit by clashes between the DRC army and armed groups.
In this regard, the March 23 Movement (M23), stands out as one of pivotal actors which some of the main actions of the Nairobi process are being directed to.
According to Agence Congolaise de Presse, the North Kivu Gov. Lieutenant General Constant Ndima underlined that DRC´s humanitarian and security situation is still too complicated and worrying, hence the great expectations for this meeting.
