Such supplies are immoral, irresponsible, and expose the hypocritical policies of Washington and its allies to increase the death toll and destruction, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed in a statement on Tuesday.

The Foreign Minister called on all countries to stop the imprudent policies by the US administration, and stated that they are a fatal threat to the world’s security and peace.

The text stated that the plans to send cluster bombs to Kiev violate international conventions and lead to a catastrophic escalation that would affect the future of humanity.

NATO countries, particularly the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, and France, have sent tens of billions of dollars’ worth in weapons to Ukraine.

Washington approved the delivery of internationally banned cluster bombs, while French President Emmanuel Macron said that his country had decided to supply long-range missiles.
