At the opening ceremony Tesla founder and CEO Elon Musk assured via videoconference that AI will play a profound role in the future of human evolution and civilization.
He also warned about the possible risks of this technology for society and commented that regulation will be key to its future development.
According to specialized media projections, China will spend more than 14 billion dollars this year on developing artificial intelligence and will thus have 10% of the world’s investments in this sector.
