A press release from the Ministry of Environment and Energy stated this group of firefighters left Costa Rica for the province of Alberta, Canada, since June 13 to make their efforts to put out deathly wildfires in the northwest of Alberta province.
Canada has being aided to put out wildfires by 1,800 foreigners, in addition to 80 specialists from Australia, New Zealand and the United States.
