OPEC+ to do whatever necessary to support oil market

Vienna, Jul 5 (Prensa Latina) The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries and its allies (OPEC+) will do whatever necessary to support the crude oil market, Saudi Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman said on Wednesday.

In statements made during the 8th OPEC Seminar, the minister defended the 13-nation group’s policy to control crude oil prices by adjusting production.

This strategy aims to stabilize the markets and will be maintained in the future, with its ten allied countries, including Russia, in the so-called OPEC+.
