According to the Global System Association for Mobile Communications, nearly 300 exhibitors, including global operators, device manufacturers, technology providers, suppliers and content owners will be attending this year’s event.

The organization’s representative further added that this year marks the 10th anniversary of the conference, which will feature an exhibition called “Digital Shanghai,” in which the international scientific and technological vision of the Chinese megacity will be exhibited.

Topics such as the development of the next generation 5G network in China, support for artificial intelligence and metaverse applications, artificial intelligence and its industry integration, and autonomous driving will be among the most covered ones at this event including several conferences and discussions.

This Congress is considered the largest telecom fair in Asia and this year returned to its traditional format, after several editions affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
