Cuban artists to open 10th Ciudad del Mar Festival in Cienfuegos

Cienfuegos, Jun 28 (Prensa Latina) The show Unplugged Cuba will open tomorrow the tenth edition of the Ciudad del Mar Alternative Music Festival, a cultural initiative of this city that will last until next Sunday.

The main hall of the Tomás Terry Theater in Cienfuegos will host the opening of the event, also known as El Fiestón del verano, with the presentation of musicians Ernesto Blanco, Adrián Berazain, Mauricio Figueiral, Jota Barrioz and Jorgito, from the Karamba group.

The festival will serve as a celebration for the Bouquet Group for its 20 years of existence, being a referent of rock in this province of south-central Cuba. Also participating will be Alvaro DJ, Anaybis y Son Stars and TumbaoPegao.

The Festival acquires in this edition international character with the presence of Spanish singer Pilar Boyero, who in 2022 presented in Havana her show Algo se nos fue contigo, in tribute to her compatriot Rocío Jurado, and in January this year was part of the luxury proposals of the Jazz Plaza Festival.
