The Russian leader also informed his counterpart of the situation in Russia after the attempted armed mutiny on June 24th.

Putin also congratulated Mohamed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan and all Emiratis on the occasion of the Festival of Sacrifice (Eid al-Adha), one of the most important holidays for Muslims.
