The decision was made following the investigation against suspects B.S., R.Z. and Sh.M. in a criminal case on illegal production, storage, transportation and circulation of weapons and explosives.
Tanjug news agency unfolded that the department of the Supreme Court of Justice in Kraljevo approved the indictment against the defendants and issued a decision, according to which they were remanded in custody.
On June 13, Serbian media oulets reported that representatives of law enforcement agencies arrested three members of the Kosovo Armed Special Forces in the central part of the country.
The detainees were alleged to be in possession of guns, machine guns, as well as surveillance equipment, walkie-talkies, maps and navigation systems.
