The commercial director of the Spanish company Bodegas Perica, Zigor Cornado, said that Cuba is a very attractive market for trading its products due to the growth of the wine consumption culture in all segments, especially tourism.
He pointed out that his company was a visionary in the trade of this type of product, since now other similar companies from different countries are trying to place and commercialize their beverages in the Cuban market.
Cornado, whose firm has been present in the Cuban market for a decade through Grupo C&P, noted that at this moment they are working to consolidate their participation, which is growing gradually, not only in the recreational industry, but also in other commercial sectors of the country.
The executive explained that Bodegas Perica’s products can be purchased in the domestic market, in supermarkets, state-owned and private stores, although the company hopes to have its own establishment in Havana in the short term.
