Rostec to deliver new batch of Su-35S fighters to Russian Air Force

Moscow, Jun 23 (Prensa Latina) A batch of new Su-35S fighter jets was delivered to the Russian Ministry of Defense by the Komsomolsk-on-Amur aviation plant of the United Aircraft Corporation (part of State Corporation Rostec). The aircraft flew to their destination airfield.

The Head of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), which is part of the Rostec state corporation, Yuri Slyusar, said that the volume of deliveries of the Su-57 to the Russian Aerospace Forces will be increased.

Sliusar added there will be other batches of Su-35 fighters in production, which will be included in one batch of Su-35S fighters already delivered to Russia´s Defense Ministry.

Each Su-35S was received by the technical services and underwent flight tests, in various modes of operation, before being received by the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS).

Earlier, the Rostec grouping, which United Aircraft Corporation belongs to, reported that it had increased production of innovative materials to increase the number of Su-57 fighters needed by the country.
