On the final day of his European tour, which previously took him to the Vatican, Italy and Serbia, President Díaz-Canel held a pleasant talk with parliamentarians, intellectuals, journalists and members of solidarity associations including Cuba Linda, France Cuba, Cuba Coopération France and Cuba Si France.

Chassaigne availed himself of this opportunity to address the PCF-launched initiative in April, in the context of its 39th Congress, to strengthen the struggle against the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States on Cuba for over 60 years.

According to Chassaigne, this campaign will have an important moment in September during the traditional festival of the Fête de l’Humanité.
