The president offered the support of the Russian Federation in a message addressed to the participants of the 4th International Scientific and Practical Conference “Global Threats to Biological Safety. Problems and Solutions” in the city of Sochi, according to the official site of the Russian presidency.

“The goal of increasing the collective efforts of the world community in the fight against epidemics in any region of the world is equally important,” says the president’s message.

He expressed his confidence that the Conference will contribute in solving difficult problems related to biological safety guarantees, noting that this year’s event gathered a record number of participants.

Putin wished the conference participants and organizers fruitful discussions and all the best.
