Assistant Secretary-General of the Organization for Palestine and the Occupied Arab Territories, Saeed Abu Ali, condemned the attack, pointing out that it is part of the open war against the Palestinian people.
Abu Ali held the Israeli Government responsible for the consequences and repercussions of Monday’s raid.
The Ministry of Health identified the dead as Khaled Azzam Asasa, 21; Ahmed Yusef Saqr, 15; Qais Majdi Jabareen, 21; Qassam Faisal Abu Sariya, 29; and Ahmad Daraghmeh.
The Ministry stated in a press release that the Jenin Government Hospital received 63 woundeds, including ten seriously injured, of them a 15-year-old girl who was shot in the head by a bullet.
Wafa reports that a large contingent of military troops stormed Jenin and the neighboring refugee camp, where they were deployed to make arrests.
