Alongside with the Secretary of Cuba’s Communist Party (PCC) Roberto Morales, the Cuban leader held a meeting with local authorities of the most affected sectors, in which he ordered that families in vulnerable situations must be top-priority.

Diaz-Canel pointed out that producing construction materials should be increased based on the territory’s potentiality, and urged to update the disaster reduction plans.
