They were able to suspend the process for a while, but it has already been resolved against the appeal filed and the good thing is that they cannot file any more, the trial for the return of Mexico’s resources is definitive and cannot be postponed, and it is included as part of the corruption scheme that is being followed in the United States against García Luna where he was found guilty and is ready for sentencing.

The process for the recovery of the money is already underway, the matter of the defendants is also underway, and once the jury has been impaneled, the trial will be opened and the jury’s decision will be made, which seems to be positive for Mexico, he said.
