Last night, in a tweet, the head of Venezuelan diplomacy, in response to statements made by former U.S. President Donald Trump (2017-2021), said Venezuela won’t be beaten.
“He confesses that his intention was to seize Venezuelan oil, and all the damage that the United States has done to our people, with the support of its lackeys here, has had a single objective: to steal our resources,” said the minister.
“They could not beat us, and they will not be able to, ¡we will always win!,” he emphasized.
The U.S. magnate commented yesterday in a speech in North Carolina that when he concluded his mandate, the Bolivarian Republic “was about to collapse”.
“We would have taken it over, and we would have gotten all that oil. But now we’re buying it from Venezuela, making a dictator rich,” he said.
