Earlier, Lukashenko informed that he wanted to propose to Putin to work out a plan for the internal development of the Union State so that it would be self-sufficient and could not be pressured even by the dollar or other currencies.
The Belarusian president also asked to review the legal framework of the Union State, the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) and the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) with the aim of “returning to the basic documents”, to provide answers to certain situations.
In addition, Lukashenko promised to inform Putin about his meeting with the secretaries of the CSTO Security Councils, held the previous day in the Belarusian capital.
