The text added that the ambassador conveyed to the Deputy Minister congratulatory messages from DPRK leader Kim Jong-Un on the occasion of the upcoming Russia Day, which is celebrated on June 12, as the Declaration of State Sovereignty of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic was adopted on that day in 1990.
