This was informed by the president of the Organizing Committee of the event (Cossan2023), Yamil Bukele, who said the “new fire” that arrived last night in national territory from Mexico, will travel that number of kilometers through the 14 departments of the country before lighting the cauldron of the National Stadium Jorge “Magico” Gonzalez.

From the Archaeological Zone of Teotihuacan, Mexico, arrived the flame that will illuminate the hope of more than five thousand athletes who will seek to climb the podium in the oldest regional event in the world.
