According to the program of the Month of French Culture in Cuba, the two artists will play works by Claude Debussy, Jascha Heifetz, Clara Schumann, and Ludwig van Beethoven.
On June 3, they will give another concert at the Marti Theater, consisting of works by composers Claude Debussy, Jascha Heifetz, Maurice Ravel, J.L. Fleury, Francis Poulenc, and Lili Boulanger.
Both concerts are part of the events for the Month of French Culture in Cuba, which is taking place in Havana and Santiago de Cuba until June 4.
Manon Galy and Jorge Emilio Gonzalez met while studying at the National High Conservatory of Music and Dance in Paris, France.
It was an instant musical and human love at first sight that quickly led them to perform together, the cultural event’s organizers stated.
