As Kadyrov highlighted on his Telegram channel, “an attack of this type lacks any tactical, strategic and even psychological sense, since it is carried out in places far away from the fighting, and Kiev’s regime does so in an attempt to draw (international) attention after major defeats in the combat zone.”
Kadyrov stressed that Ukraine’s leadership makes decisions “that increasingly leave no doubt that they use terrorist methods and are, therefore, terrorists.”
“In my opinion, it is necessary to declare martial law in Russia, to use all (war matériel) intended for this purpose to put an end to this entire terrorist cell, without (calling them) “Ukrainian military”,” Kadyrov added. According to him, “there are no officers or politicians in the Ukrainian government, only terrorists.”
