Maduro announced that this was one of the topics addressed in the meeting held this Monday with Lula, in which they discussed the role of the Brics in the emergence of a new world geopolitics.

The Venezuelan President said that the new geopolitics has this mechanism as an advanced element of five “very powerful” countries.

The Bolivarian head of State called for the construction of a new geopolitics that has as fundamental components the “union of South America and our America” in diversity. On the subject, Lula was in favor of Venezuela’s incorporation to the Brics.
