Hosted at the Antigua and Barbuda Hospitality Training Institute, the event prioritizes the space dedicated to reviews, reputation and return on investment in the tourism sector, one of the foremost of the online platform where millions of opinions are collected about thousands of businesses, hotels and restaurants.

According to Carol Johnson, TripAdvisor’s client manager, the collaborative event will allow stakeholders within the industry to see a broad thematic program on how to make the most of their online presence.

In that regard, Johnson will offer participants several one-on-one Q&A sessions related to their specific brand in order to drive their business goals, including increasing direct booking traffic, achieving a positive online reputation and finding free data through the Management Center.

Beginning on May 25, the seminar will also highlight the wide variety of cuisine and opportunities for the development of the known as smokeless industry in Antigua and Barbuda.
