Mexico, May 22 (Prensa Latina) President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said on Monday that he would present a proposal to grant temporary visas to Central Americans so they can work in Mexico.

Lopez Obrador noted that he would do so this week, and it will be a program of temporary permits to work legally in public works. The country needs a skilled workforce but also simple labor.

At his morning press briefing at the National Palace, the president revealed that the country needs welders, blacksmiths, and many other trades, even engineers, architects, and professionals. Drivers, mechanics, and officers for other leading tasks are being sought in Europe for the Mayan Train.

The head of State explained that all this is possible because the country has money to face it, as corruption is not allowed, and all budgets are spent on jobs, no one steals or misuses it.

We have shown that when there is no corruption, the budget is enough for everything, so there is no lack in education, health, work, and wages increase; there are scholarships for everyone to study regardless of the social condition of the parents, Lopez Obrador said.
