Other than the countries belonging to the bloc, groups of invited nations and international organizations, such as the International Energy Agency, the World Bank and the World Energy Council will also be present.
The meeting will have among its topics of analysis the energy transition through the approach of technological gaps, low-cost financing for energy transition, energy security and diversified supply chains.
There will also be debates on energy efficiency, low-carbon industrial transitions and responsible consumption, fuels for future and universal access to clean energy, as well as the search for fair, affordable and inclusive energy transition pathways.
Those issues are India’s priority areas in its work as the Chair of the G20 group, according to government sources.
