This was announced after a meeting held last night with President Xiomara Castro, where the agreement to be executed was shared, in response to the instructions given by companies and private organizations to finance marches against the said document.
During a speech broadcast nationally, Castro said that Tuesday’s provocations in the streets of Choluteca endangered the country’s order, peace, and internal security.
The head of State said that such actions intended to impede discussion and the subsequent approval of a law in the National Congress whose main objective is to eliminate the abuse of granting.
Before the discussion of the ruling in the National Congress, a commission has been socializing the legislative initiative since Monday with different sectors of society and all parties of the legislative power.
