On Twitter, the Syrian Foreign Ministry announced the meeting will be held in the presence of the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Iranian FM Hussein Amir Abdulahian.

The Syrian side will call for the same conditions for the normalization of relations with Ankara, in particular putting an end to the Turkish occupation of territories and the withdrawal of all illegally present foreign forces.

It will also emphasize non-interference in Syrian internal affairs and cessation of terrorism.

Russia and Iran are making efforts for Damascus-Ankara reconciliation, two neighboring nations whose relations have been severed since the beginning of the war in 2011.
