Yeghoyan, who is also a representative of the ruling Civil Contract Party, told Armenpress that Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan would meet again with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov in the Russian capital.
Yeghoyan recalled a preliminary agreement so that the heads of diplomacy of the two countries meet in Moscow under the sponsorship of Russia as a guarantor.
The two foreign ministers met in Washington on May 1-2, mediated by US Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
Ruben Rubinyan, Armenian Deputy Parliament Speaker and special envoy for normalizing relations with Turkey, also attended the meetings.
