According to the daily report from MINSAP, 23 people were discharged from hospitals, so the total number of recovered patients rose to 1,104,552.

The Ministry added that the total death toll remains at 8,530.

The report explains that of 76 were confirmed active patients, one is critical and one is seriously ill. They are receiving specialized medical care in intensive care units.

The MINSAP stated that 90.7 percent of the Cuban population has been fully vaccinated with homegrown vaccines, while 8,720,256 people have received booster doses.
