Meanwhile, Zeleidy Crespo, the first dancer of this ballet, was nominated in the Outstanding Female Modern Performance category for her work in the show “100% Cuban,” presented in the United Kingdom in early 2022.

The award recognizes the constant work of Cuban dancers in the British scene and makes Acosta Danza one of the ambassadors of Cuban culture on the international scene.

The Cuban company was among the best presented on these stages for a second time. It was recognized as the best independent company in the 21st edition of the prestigious award.
