The event brings together professionals in this area of knowledge and other related fields after five years without holding it, due to the Covid-19 pandemic that posed enormous and non-preventable challenges to psychology, as a science an essential tool for human assistance.

The forum is organized in person and virtually by the Cuban Society of Psychology and is ongoing at the Habana Libre Hotel until April 28, according to Cubadebate website.

The Convention’s organizing committee stressed that some 1,400 people from more than 23 countries are participating in the event, holding debates under the premise that human well-being is built from the articulation with other disciplines.

The meeting also tackles issues in the professional and scientific practice of psychology and today’s society.
