The Caribbean nation delivered, in November 2022, the Order of Solidarity to the Aapche in recognition of decades of exchanges that contributed to the strengthening of bilateral relations.

With the distinction, the Cuban conviction of preserving friendship and solidarity as an essential component of the ties between both parties, peoples and Governments as a high priority was reiterated.

The Aapche became the first institution of the Asian giant to receive the high decoration, since before it was only deserved by different personalities from the country.

In addition, the organization is recognized for its support in the fight against the economic, financial and commercial blockade of the United States; their donations to face the Covid-19 pandemic and their support in the face of the fire at the Supertanqueros base in Matanzas and after the impact of Hurricane Ian.

Likewise, it participates in Cuba and China being a benchmark for cooperation, maintaining a stronger strategic communication and extending cooperation based on the values and principles of the socialist system.
