The diplomat, who referred specifically to statements by South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol about possible arms shipments to Kiev, noted that these steps will negatively affect bilateral relations with those states that take them.
Zakharova stated that these actions will be taken into account when formulating Russia’s position in areas related to the security interests of the countries involved.
“In South Korea’s case, it could be about the approach to settling the situation on the Korean peninsula,” she added.
She recalled that the Russian military is carrying out high-precision attacks on military targets and not against civilian infrastructure.
The South Korean president pointed out on Wednesday in an interview with Reuters that Seoul could start supplying weapons to Kiev if a strong threat to the population comes up.
