FANA Broadcasting Corporate stated that Nogo highlighted the longstanding friendly relations between the two countries and Cuba’s support in the struggle for Ethiopia’s sovereignty in the face of external expansionist attempts.

The Ethiopian official also promised to work with the Cuban side in several cooperation sectors to improve relations between the two nations.

On the other hand, Lefebre recalled that the time-tested relations between the two countries are expressed in many ways. Now is the time to strengthen parliamentary and people-to-people ties to a higher level.

The diplomat stressed that Cuba supports Ethiopia in education, health, and military services.
