“We are ready to expand interaction with the Indian side on all perspective and directions in the field of peaceful use of atomic energy,” the executive told the Sputnik news agency.
Manturov reminded that this year marks the 35th anniversary of Russian-Indian cooperation in the field of atomic energy, and in particular he highlighted the joint project for the construction of the Koodankulam nuclear plant, launched in 2014.
The official stressed that Russia hopes to develop other joint projects in this sphere with India.
