Cuban National Ballet presentations are of interest in Costa Rica

San Jose, Apr 14 (Prensa Latina) The presentations of the National Ballet of Cuba (BNC), declared of cultural interest by President Rodrigo Chaves and the Minister of Culture Nayuribe Guadamuz, appear today among the preferences of dance lovers in Costa Rica.

The producer of Interamericana Producciones S.A., Flor Carreras, told Prensa Latina that the performances of the BNC next April 22 and 23 at the Melico Salazar theater in the capital will be unmissable shows, with a combination of classical and contemporary works, interpreted by outstanding figures of world dance.

They will be very familiar performances to be enjoyed by those who love ballet and also by those who are not familiar with this artistic expression, who will be very surprised, Carreras emphasized.

In short, she exalted, they will be beautiful shows that have all the ingredients to impact the audience, such as passion, technique, interpretation, fun, entertainment and performed by the best figures of the famous Ballet Nacional de Cuba, among whom he mentioned its director and prima ballerina, Viengsay Valdes.

After assuring that Valdes is one of the best dancers in the world in recent times, Carrera pointed out the names of other relevant figures of the BNC such as Grettel Morejon, Dani Hernández and Anette Delgado, among others, as well as its excellent dancing group.

The BNC, she said, will present a beautiful and novel program, with classical pieces, but also with very nice contemporary works.

She pointed out the Suite del Quijote, among the classical pieces, and among the contemporary ones, La forma del rojo and La muerte de un Cisne, based on La muerte del Cisne.

She also highlighted the adagio and Pas de deux from the second act of Swan Lake, interpreted by its leading figure, Viengsay Valdes.
