According to the Russian Headquarters for Interagency Coordination for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine, in the last two weeks, the Ukrainian military has prepared an alleged location in the town of Akhtirka, in the Sumy region, near the line of contact with Russian troops.
As part of the provocation, Kiev will deliver corpses and remains of Ukrainian soldiers who were allegedly killed as a result of Russian artillery ammunition laden with poisonous substances to the fake posts, the Russian institution informed.
It also denounced that Ukraine plans to treat the area and corpses of the Ukrainian soldiers with poisonous substances.
“This will allow inviting experts from Western countries who are currently on the Ukrainian territory to document the alleged use of chemical weapons,” Russia’s Headquarters for Inter-Agency Coordination for Humanitarian Response stressed.
In order to make the provocation more credible, the Ukrainian special services were instructed to publish fake radio interceptions of conversations among Russian military officers about the alleged preparations to use “chemical weapons,” the humanitarian institution concluded.
